This top-tier BBF Nautilus edition rivals the genuine original, with every component perfectly interchangeable. Powered by the Cal. 324 S C movement, it features finely engraved bridge lettering. With a slim 8.2mm profile—the thinnest on the market—it overcomes all shortcomings of previous replicas. No expensive modifications or upgrades are required. One of the most critical aspects is the calendar font. Unlike 3K Factory, which has used thin fonts for years, BBF re-engineered the calendar wheel, achieving a font that matches the genuine version nearly perfectly.

The Cal. 324 integrated movement features finely engraved lettering, beveled edges, Geneva stripes, and precise decorative work. Unlike 3K Factory’s integrated 324, BBF has independently developed its version, using real engraved bridges instead of printed ones—outperforming 3K in this aspect. However, 3K’s rotor finish and gilding remain slightly superior. Both BBF and 3K integrated 324 movements are still behind the fully modified “Super 324” in terms of refinement, though that comes at a much higher price point and is aimed at the most demanding collectors.

When comparing BBF, 3K, and full-mod 5711 cases, neither BBF nor 3K has achieved a perfect recreation of the genuine watch case, especially the head link integration with the bracelet. Both fail to achieve a true 90° natural droop, and the bracelet slightly flares outward. The finishing and feel of the bracelet are also less refined compared to CNC-machined cases. Collectors seeking greater comfort and authenticity can consider spending around 2000 RMB for advanced bracelet polishing.

The biggest highlight lies in the dial color. The 3K Factory Nautilus 5711 green dial is too bright and vivid, making it look fake at a glance. BBF, however, achieves the correct dark green tone with gradient edges and horizontal embossing. Crafted from Sanbao copper for a smoother surface, the dial has noticeable grain texture, finely polished hour markers, strong Swiss Super-LumiNova filling, and sharply defined genuine-style printing.

In terms of color accuracy, BBF’s green dial significantly outperforms 3K.
