Quality control procedures

We take quality control seriously. Every timepiece goes through a series of checks so that what arrives on your wrist is exactly what you approved.

Step 1 — Appearance check

Case, dial, bezel, crown, crystal and bracelet are examined under magnification. Any piece with a cosmetic defect is set aside and replaced.

Step 2 — Movement testing

Mechanical watches are measured on a Swiss-standard timegrapher. We require a daily rate within ±10 seconds, amplitude between 220° and 320° and a beat error of 0–0.5 ms. Quartz watches are checked for accuracy and battery condition.

Step 3 — Manual function test

Time setting, date and day changes, chronograph start/stop/reset, GMT hands, screw-down crown and pushers are all exercised by hand.

Step 4 — QC confirmation

You receive detailed photos and a function video of your exact watch. Approve, and the parcel ships within 2 days of payment. Request changes, and we source a replacement and repeat the process.

Step 5 — Shipping

Only after your approval is the watch packed and dispatched with tracking.
