Warranty

Every watch sold by Modern Time Watches is covered by our own warranty in addition to any manufacturer's warranty that may apply. Warranty periods depend on the movement.

Mechanical watches (automatic and manual)

24-month movement warranty from the day the parcel is delivered. Movement faults are repaired free of charge within the warranty period. You cover the shipping to us; we cover the return shipping of the repaired watch.

Quartz watches

12-month movement warranty from delivery, under the same conditions. Battery replacement is not covered.

What is not covered

External parts (straps, bracelets, crystals, cases), water damage caused by use beyond the watch's rating, accidental damage, and any intervention by a third-party watchmaker.

Out of warranty

We continue to service watches after the warranty expires. You cover the shipping both ways and the cost of parts and labour; we quote before any work is done.
